If your computer refuses to work or certain parts of it are not working correctly, let us fix it for you. Our technician is A+ certified with over five years of technical support experience. We will come to the computer all you have to do is tell us a little about the problem and show us where the computer is at. if it looks like it will be a longer repair or additional parts are requred we will even take the computer back to our shop so that we are not bothering you in your home and return the computer to your home at no additional cost.

Think you are a computer savvy person and just need a little help? We will provide over the phone support options to help save you money. We will attempt to diagnose and walk you through the repair of your PC over the phone or internet at a fraction of the shop rate. If we are unable to solve the issue over the phone we will not charge you for the call (in order to not be charged for the call an appointment must be made for service by an Idea Works technician before the termination of the call)
